Today I drove Bill to the oral surgeons office. He was scheduled for IV sedation to start working on 2 root canals that he needs. The Dr. started the sedation got Bill good and a sleep and started working on his mouth. Within 15 minutes Bill started fidgeting and fussing. Every time Dr. tried to do some work Bill would try to push his hands out of his mouth. At one point there were 4 assistants trying to keep his limbs in control. This is all after he has had enough medicine to kill a small horse. The doctor finally gave up and Bill slept peacefully in the chair for an hour and a half. Needless to say we only barely got one root canal done. Our next option is to visit with a doctor who can put him under general anesthesia. Dr Dentist made the point of saying that Bill doesn't just NOT like getting his mouth worked on, he HATES getting his teeth worked on to the subconscious level. On the flip side Bill is going to catch up on his sleep this weekend. :-)

Super cute Blog....just another stinking thing that Lexi Daniel does better than Rochelle Allen. I suppose I'll always feel that way...but you make me want to try hard and that's what counts.
